  • Employers: Your job postings are visible to job seekers, and responses are sent to your dashboard.

  • Businesses: Employers that are looking for Candidates though our Job Placement Partnership

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our policies, terms, or conducting any other suspicious activities

2.2. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Jobify SA, you agree NOT to:
🚫 Post fake job listings or misleading profiles
🚫 Share misleading or offensive content
🚫 Use automated bots or scraping tools
🚫 Attempt to bypass platform security

Violating these rules will result in permanent account suspension and/or legal action.

2.3. Job Posting & Application Process

  • Employers must provide accurate job descriptions.
  • Candidates must submit truthful information.
  • Jobify SA does not guarantee employment—we facilitate connections between candidates and recruiters.

2.4. Payment & Subscription Services (For Employers)

  • Some features (e.g., Job Packages) require payment.
  • All Payments Made to Jobify SA Are None Refundable. It is a Person’s or Business Responsibility to Ensure they Need a Service Before Purchasing It
  • Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled.

2.5. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies. If your account is terminated for legal issues, the suspension may be made public or shared with others within Jobify SA

2.6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Jobify SA auto approves job listing or candidate profile. Therefore, employers and candidates with standard with details that meets our minimum requirements may be approved without upfront verification by a human. While this helps employers and candidates have a faster experience, we recommend you check any suspicious details from an employer or candidate, and if any, immediately report to support@jobifysa.com
  • We are not responsible for hiring decisions, salaries, or job outcomes.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from platform use.

Just like any online platform, we recommend everyone is vigilant and report any suspicious activity.

2.7. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.

2.8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy & Terms of Service from time to time without prior notification.

3. Accuracy & Truthfulness

At Jobify SA, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and trustworthy job marketplace for both employers and candidates. Accuracy and truthfulness in job postings and applications are essential to building a fair and professional hiring environment

3.1. For Employers

As an employer, you agree to:

  • Provide Honest Job Details – Job descriptions, responsibilities, and requirements must be truthful and reflect the actual role.
  • Be Transparent About Compensation – Salary figures, payment structure (hourly, fixed, commission-based), and benefits must be clearly and accurately stated. Misleading salary details are strictly prohibited
  • Clearly Define Employment Type – If a job is freelance, contract-based, full-time, or part-time, it must be explicitly mentioned
  • Avoid False Promises – Do not advertise job benefits or perks that do not exist
  • Respect Candidate Expectations – Any changes to salary, job role, or conditions after hiring must be communicated transparently and agreed upon in writing

3.2. For Candidates

As a candidate, you agree to:

  • Submit Accurate Information – Your resume, work experience, skills, and certifications must be truthful
  • Be Honest About Salary Expectations – Do not misrepresent your expected salary or previous earnings to manipulate offers
  • Be Clear About Availability – Clearly state your availability for work and ensure you can commit to job requirements
  • Disclose Employment Restrictions – If you have legal or contractual limitations (e.g., non-compete clauses), they must be shared upfront
  • Avoid Fraudulent Applications – Submitting fake credentials, references, or work experience will result in immediate account suspension
