Full job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor / Intern to join our dynamic team at VAD Construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and evaluating tenders and contract documentation
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs
• Assist with cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Support the Senior QS with day-to-day project management tasks

Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship or graduate program experience welcomed)
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with QS software (e.g., CCS Candy, BuildSmart)
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
